Folder not updating - Microsoft Community


i have more 1 email account linked outlook (previously, @hotmail.co.uk) account. updated while ago no problems. found 1 account active not updating since 11 may 2017. have tried syncing , updating no success

  • can clarify if specific folder or account 1 not updating?
  • which version of office 2016 using? office 2016 home , student, office 2016 business or office 2016 home?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
