How to add mydomain.com email instead of onmicrosoft.com - Microsoft Community


hi - have subscribed office 365 , set dns using guide provided.

when log in can see uses onmicrosoft.com email - both username , when open outlook.

how can edit functions using native domain emails? don't want trigger user , pay it.

hi laura,

you may need go office 365 portal -> admin -> users -> active users , double click account modify user name , primary address.

click edit change user name , primary email address use custom domain added in office 365. if address using custom domain suffix listed alias, can set primary. if not, need add address alias @ first. can select domain want use dropdown list.

please note need re-configure mailbox in outlook client. if encounter error message, please provide screenshot of it.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
