Outlook 2016 not responding - Microsoft Community


hi,

i have windows 7 installed in computer , using outlook 2016 uses third-party mailing services. mailing service connected through connector developed same mailing service company.  there shared (public) folder in outlook shared more 8 users. whenever try accessing folder outlook crashes , not respond. if chance able access , if open mail, can see title of mail , body blank.

what connector?

who mailing service?

has mailing service updated software?



Office / Outlook / Windows other / Office 365 for business

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
