Outlook IOS App - Multiple O365 Business Accounts - Microsoft Community


i have 2 o365 business accounts.  the app sets first account fine, when add second email account error.  if delete first account set up, can add second.  it appears if able use 1 o365 account in app.

this not occur when setting onedrive accounts through outlook app.

is known limitation?

having same issue, have 2 o365 accounts, if delete both, can add 1 in no issues, try add second 1 in (regardless of order in) fails "unable login"

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
