Outlook on mac - Microsoft Community


left hand menu list blank, sent items, inbox, folders etc. have ideas? have reinstalled office stayed same.

after checking symptom of issue, identify if add-ins cause abnormal operation of outlook, suggest start mac in safe mode following steps:

  1. start or restart mac, press , hold shift key. white apple logo appears on display. if don't see apple logo, learn do.
  2. release shift key when see login window. if startup disk encrypted with filevault, might asked log in twice: once unlock startup disk, , again log in finder.

to exit safe mode, restart mac without pressing keys during startup.

if method above doesn’t work, please provide information mentioned above?

  1. to test if issue related account, suggest configure test account sent in pm in outlook 2011 mac client creating new profile , set default (this action not affect old profile, when want reopen old profile, need set default). detailed information how create new profile, please refer article: manage identities.
  2. the version of outlook 2011 mac client. example, version 14.7.1 (160629).
  3. how configure account? via exchange, pop or imap?

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
