Error code 150 mac outlook 2011 - Microsoft Community


i have mac outlook 2011 , find, 1 day next, unable receive emails. keep getting error code 150. no problems sending. have tried can think of rebooting re-entering account settings. advice appreciated. cheers

have checked information , suggest set personal account outlook.com account in outlook 2011 mac client can identify whether application working fine. moreover, if issue indeed related xtra account, can take helpdesk’s suggestion upgrade outlook 2016 mac , check if can receive emails normally.

i decided bite bullet , buy outlook 2016 mac can continue send , receive emails in outlook using xtra.co.nz address (we have had confirmation spark resolve problem). first off sold wrong product (ms office 2016 home , student) our local retailer , after many frustrating hours discovered not include outlook. fortunately we've received refund (nz$220) when went buy product include outlook (ms office 2016 home , business) advised cost nz$375. can please tell me if there cheaper ms product available allow upgrade outlook 2016 mac, doesn't involve paying annual fee? cheers, jane

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
