Outlook 2007 - Change Programmatic Access Security for Non-Admin - Microsoft Community


we developing access database generate email, on hitting button, based on form contents. 

every time hit button in access send email, outlook pops warning "a program trying access email address information....."

my network closed network, no internet access @ all.  therefore, know there no threats scenario.

i know can away changing programmatic access settings in outlook.  however, cannot figure out how if end user not administrator, options grayed out.   right-clicking on outlook , choosing "run administrator" not either.

how change these settings standard users?  thanks.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
