Outlook 2013 won't receive e/mail (Windows 10) - Microsoft Community


all of sudden imap configured outlook 2013 won't populate inbox of desktop pc anymore.  if send e/mail iphone, desktops outlook sync sent folder properly.  if move e/mail archive folder iphone or laptop, desktop outlook sync folder.  can send e/mails.  thing is, cannot receive e/mails on desktop pc anymore.  no error messages appear. 

i bought office 2013 license few years ago , has worked until few days ago.  didn't install in months not sure cause change.  tried setting root 'inbox' without avail.  removed icloud sync , reinstalled didn't help. 

anyone has ideas how fix this?  absolutely works fine except inbox doesn't populate on 1 of pcs.  no error messages appear.

outlook requires proper configurations before can receive or send emails. isolate concern, we’d know following:

  • make , model of pc.
  • the version of windows. know version of windows using, press windows + r open run window, type winver , press enter.
  • email accounts linked on outlook 2013.
  • changes you’ve made prior issue.
  • if have changed password on email account.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
