in outlook 2016 (office 365 subscription) day events shaded , shown in light colors, hard read. how change it? appointments can not formatted in outlook 2016 , day appointments shown in light colors. losing interest in outlook , looking alternatives.

you can change default color of outlook calendar. go file > options > calendar > display options. however, come in light shade. refer screenshot below:

Disable one-click archive - Microsoft Community

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
