Prevention of Outlook synchronising its folders by adding folders to - Microsoft Community


i have set outlook 2016 send/receive folder options include webmail inbox.  loaded lot of historical folders .pst file main outlook folder.  find outlook has created or creating these same folders in webmail account.  don't want synchronise internal outlook folder system webmail.  cannot see option prevent given option thought not it!  appreciate having default webmail folders having various categorical folders in computer's main outlook folder, please.  didn't happen previous outlook 2003 version.

i note not has created folders populating them well.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
