'connecting printer' delay in outlook 2016 - office 365.
for mails, taking inordinate delay in printing email.

thanks posting here. given situation, can try use outlook web app (owa) print emails , check if issue persists? meanwhile, please change network or restart pc check if issue persists. moreover, suggest run outlook client in safe mode check if issue persists. exit outlook > hold ctrl key > on pop-up window, choose yes.
however, we’d confirm if issue occur. if so, please provide detailed version of outlook 2016. go file > office account > outlook.
to better understand situation, we'd collect other information follows:
- how long printing delay?
- does issue happen emails or specific ones?
- whether issue happens other users?
