we're running windows 10 / office home & business 2010.
exchange 2010 server, onsite.
recent updates (mid-june, 2017) have caused outlook search fail. on computers, checking outlook indexing shows indexing complete, 0 (0) items left index; on others, there 100,000 or 20,000 items left index.
quick search returns nothing user.
i have tried creating new profile, changing whether client uses chached mode or online mode, downloading/not downloading shared mailboxes, no avail.
other searches solution show removing suspecting kb's not help. kb4022719, kb3203467, kb3191898 not problem.

there several reasons why outlook search feature not working properly. isolate issue, kindly provide following information:
- when issue start?
- is search feature works fine before install latest windows update computer?
- did install latest office updates computer?
