Office / 365 assistance URGENTLY NEEDED - Microsoft Community


hello community...

i mac user of microsoft office 2011 through online account. 

until last week, working perfectly. 
started happening! (image below) 

i have spent countless hours on phone ms consultants, upgraded home on problem.  

they told me mac issue. mac say, no, account issue  
changed password, uninstalled , reinstalled, pulled hair out, called again , again...

now, lost ...... 

any appreciated.

i know nothing mac's, office 2011 not same office 365, installed?

i waiting email verification code *** email address removed privacy *** after signing visual studios account. have run message trace see why email not being delivered , given following message: led=550 4.3.2 queue.transportagent; message deleted transport agent i have looked error , saying message being stuck in queue, resolve unfreeze queue. however, in order need exchange toolbox or exchange management, no longer exists office 365 since eac came about. yet haven't found queue viewers in eac can manage , unfreeze queue.   my spam filter set @ 'bypass spam filters'. have whitelisted domain, , have set connection filter allows ip address domain come through. however, after running message trace, email still being dropped. any insight on why happening?  thanks hi suean-work, according description, have try many settings on side. confirm again ‘bypass spam filters’ settings. did mean have c...
