i've been struggling issue on outlook last several weeks , have been unable figure out. i'm convinced bug due office update searching reveals nothing quite same. started happening around december 20th.
when open outlook, nothing visible happens...no splash screens, no errors messages, process consumes 2800kb of memory never shows screens, errors, or problems. i'm using windows 7 ultimate , have office 2016 premium plus installed , use outlook 2 e-mail accounts...an exchange account , eas personal microsoft e-mail. company upgraded use office 365 and noticed due subscription, of office upgraded , time outlook refused work.
i've done can think of including obvious things - in cases none of these helped:
-starting outlook in safe mode /safe
-starting outlook , resetting navigation pane /resetnavpane
-using control panel mail create new profile, prompt profile, , delete profiles
-used scanpst tool check .ost , .nst files
-did repair of office
-removed add-ins
-reinstalled office 2016 media - works little while until office 365 updates pulled down
-used sara tool did not help
