Resizing attachments (JPG images) using Outlook with Windows - Microsoft Community


i've read advice , have managed, both insert phot within body of message , attach 1 email; can find file button 'resize' option. doesn't appear 'dropdown' under 3 dots (...) or anywhere else click or hover. please?

sounds you're using outlook online instead of outlook desktop client, online version not have "file" tab , desktop client doesn't have ellipsis (the 3 dots).  if case, clicking inserted picture should give sizing handles @ each corner, , can right click image , select "size".
