After AD Password Change - Outlook can't accept the new password - Microsoft Community


dear all,

i work company uses a office 365 subscription every employees.

as part of level 1&2 support 've been noticing last weeks recurrent issue outlook our network teams don't seem eager solve it.

somehow, seems impact outlook 2010 , haven't been noticed on 2016 far, unfortunately upgrade 2016 not planned yet.

so after change of password through windows, password seems synchonise of our access.

important note: lync 2013 takes change of password without issues , no password required access emails through webmail.

does me figuring out outlook 2010 stay stuck old password ?

even credential manager emptied, outlook won't take it.

by creating new outlook profile, new password accepted. outlook have local certificate installed password stored ?  ideas ?
