can't login office 365 outlook email browser. if load can't open emails or draft email sits frozen.

according description, understand encountered issue when logging office 365 owa (outlook web app) in browser.
firstly, please make sure whether mailbox size large or have many messages in mailbox. if so, lead slow performance or frozen.
please try in private mode of 1 browser see if issue persists. private mode doesn’t contain web cache or cookies. if issue doesn’t occur, related cache or cookies in web browser. suggest try clear cache or cookies.
meanwhile, exclude if there add-in in web browsers related issue, please disable add-ins in web browsers temporarily.
