Outlook for Windows Quick step: possible to move msg to - Microsoft Community

my work spam filter awful.  i created quickstep button send automatic rejection responses , delete email. however, wondering if there add-ins or ways create quickstep action move junk folder. in theory, work email server might try block this. furthermore, there quickstep action allows blocking message sender?

 finally, use outlook android app. unfortunately, not have quickstep buttons , not have report spam link.
