Who opened up an email when same account on two different - Microsoft Community


hi

in office have same email address set on 2 different computers , have issues need know opened email or deleted email. because 2 people can access inbox @ same time there anyway can next day see opened or deleted email? using microsoft outlook 2010.

is office365? if yes, there way search in logs access.

if other email service, them whether or not can access sort of logs.

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
