hello, i've problems receiving mails office365 email address. how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace. (type space backspace works again).  i have instructions , more information on disabling archive at  https://www.slipstick.com/outlook/outlook-2016s-archive-button/ >> restore backspace/delete remove email instead the delete key still delete messages, it's separate backspace key.  messages delete  using del key (or x button) should in deleted items, not archive folder.  use shift + delete permanently delete .  if use smartphone , outlook app, make sure swipe left , right set way expect - mine got switched ...
