CRM 365 On Premise Changes Form Field Focus on Autosave - Microsoft Community


full disclosure: i'm not system admin site, don't have admin access, we're trying nail down strange bug. , since i'm coder (not @ work), i've taken interest in issue, because it's pretty weird, , curiosity-worthy.

here's scenario:

i'll typing case summary, or typing in notes time entry. crm configured autosave every 3 minutes, understand it, , should never autosave while you're typing. however, 10 seconds typing in field when autosave kick in. typically i'm in "case summary" field. once autosave complete, form field focus changes "subject" field of case, interrupting typing, , typing cause subject field combo box drop down , try find starts letters i'm typing. have stop, click case summary box, finish typing. infuriating ; )

 

this somehow happens when typing time entry (the "popup" thing slides down top when add new time entry?), , set focus behind "popup", in subject field. again, have manually set form focus field trying type in. 

  

has else experienced similar issue? suggestions can pass on system admin? 

 

* also, "category" selection @ bottom of submission page not have option select crm 365, selected "office: other". it's available... if needs moved forum, suggestions welcome. well, long they're not rude suggestions ;)

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
