Deleted folders in OWA Exchange keep coming back. - Microsoft Community


i have exchange version of owa. migrated previous (imap) emails servers, included 'spam' folder , 'archive' folder (which renamed 'archive_0' after migrating. 

i cannot delete these folders. i've tried moving them deleted items, , 'emptying' folder, folders come after few hours. i've tried on 2 browsers, on 2 different machines, , via outlook 2016, no avail. i've tried turning outlook non-cached mode, offline mode, name it. nothing remove these folders permanently.

i've tried renaming folders, moving them folder, , deleting that, still reappear in same place originally, original folder names. 

i've attempted emptying cache on both browsers... gist.

any appreciated - , have suspicion has fact migrated previous imap email server.

it seems has worked! folder keeps popping archive_0 folder, last deleted yesterday once more , hasn't returned since.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
