my outlook mail has stopped on mac, still working in iphone.

what can do?

may know outlook mac client using? outlook 2016 mac or else? please provide detailed information version.

how did configured account via using exchange or pop/imap?

when “my outlook mail has stopped on mac”, mean outlook mac crashes or can’t send/receive emails or receive error message?

make sure computer connected internet or home network. use web browser see whether can access internet sites.

if running outlook 2016 mac 15.30, , repeatedly prompted authentication when you're connected office 365 account. if so, please refer article , use workaround: fixes or workarounds recent issues in outlook mac

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
