Outlook 2016 Crashes IMMEDIATELY after MacOS High Sierra upgrade - Microsoft Community

ever since upgraded macos high sierra, outlook 2016 crashes when open up. here's error get--can out??? in advance!

recently, there known issue outlook mac 2016 crashing. suggest firstly try workaround in article below see if helps:

suggest try following steps:
1. using finder, browse folder: /library/application support/microsoft/merp2.0
2. double-click microsoft error reporting
3. in preferences: uncheck "enable microsoft error reporting"

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
