Outlook 2016 - Microsoft Community


we using outlook 2016 in , rds environment. (not 365) random users experiencing outbound messages being sent shared mailbox getting stuck in outbox. not see root cause this. messages random recipients, attachments,  some not. internal emails, external. have seen several steps take resolve issue online, temporary, issue comes in hours or days. rds servers 2008r2. can offer permanent solution?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
