Outlook 2016 - Microsoft Community


we (my wife , i) have 2 outlook.com email addresses. access our email on windows 10 pc using outlook 2016.  access our emails using our android phones, outlook app.

we want able save emails in 1 set of folders on outlook 2016, have not added account outlook 2016.

we want able send emails outlook 2016 using both email addresses.  however, when sending usinf address, recipient sees address.  on sent email in outlook 2016 'from' says 'her outlook address on behalf of outlook address'

in outlook.com, primary account wifes - outlook.com account connected account.

our main email account set in outlook 2016 imap.

any advice welcome - don't want send emails in name, equally prefer not have 2 sets of folders!

what mean " main email account set in outlook 2016 imap." outlook.com a/c?

if & wife access respective outlook.com mail accounts web browser doe menu bar show "outlook mail" or "outlook email"?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
