Outlook Android 2.1.138 will not set up account - Microsoft Community


good day

so imagine this. have domain registered abc company, , domain have package host several email accounts @yourdomain.com (i made up...). create several accounts. of accounts, have no problems setting them on android phone, except one. despite accounts being same domain, , hosted on same servers same access credentials etc, 1 particular 1 won't set - on device outlook android.

the company hosting can't find difference between accounts, since hosted on same servers. more over, outlook 2.1.138 have no problem finding , setting of them, except 1 specific one.

the company deleted account , permanantly wiped servers @ request. account re-created , guess what, cannot set up.

"login error. cannot connect server. please check username , password , try again".

i used :port trick specify different ports. resulted in different error, check smtp settings , try again.

of course in case, info entered correct. , again, other emails on same domain, same server, same mx settings, etc, etc, work.

help please...

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
