for starters....**** off suggestions before ask question **** idiots.  not once in of years have put **** software force feed users, has microsoft or of employees been able provide relevant, let alone helpful suggestion!!

   then.....on question:  why include rules handling incoming mail when pathetic program can"t manage perform simple task such moving received mail designated folder in spite of fact rule in place that?!?!?

  every time go inbox find @ least 1 e-mail not directed proper folder per rules have in place.  every time have manually move e-mail correct folder because outlook ignores rules. every time, check insure there rule in place.  every time rules there outlook ignores them.  clowns employ understands importance of delivering promise?  or going continue degrade of software nothing more annoying advertising platform.  have not been paying attention(this means of morons @ microsoft) have software on computer, because have paid outrageous amount of money purchase it.  did last part?  computer.  product have paid for.  , yet apparently not happy enough ripping people off when buy software.  still inundate of products spam , incorporate more , more hidden data mining software , remove more , more user control on happens on computer, each new release.  didn't rent **** software. bought it!! means property.  computer property.   when did microsoft become advertising agency opposed software producer?  **** makes think want waste time spam , or software never lives expectation (ie. supposed without of sneaky underhanded crap going on in background nice)

no answers geniuses @ microsoft?  still piece of ****.  still doesn't follow it's own rules.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
