good afternoon,
after migrating user windows 7 desktop windows 8.1 , going outlook 2010 2016, 2/3rds of follow ups have disappeared. if go old environment still exist.
it's same exact ost file due how our file redirection set up.
any thoughts on how resolve this?

if issue persists, i’d confirm following information narrow down issue:
- the detailed version of outlook 2016 client. please navigate file> office account> office updates check it.
- which account using, office 365, outlook.com or others?
- how configure account in outlook client, via exchange, pop/imap?
- are pure online user or have hybrid environment?
- if have web client, please check if follow ups show ok there. if ok in web client, issue can related outlook 2016 client.
- could clarify how migration?
