Bcc field in emails composed in Outlook - Microsoft Community


it appears when put contact bcc field, recipient gets email sender's contact details in field, not recipient's.  it delivered correct address because the envelope-to: entry correct.

or missing obvious??

there several reasons why experiencing issue , that's going find out. before proceed, may know following:

  • any changes made on computer prior concern?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
  • is first time encountered problem?
  • when did notice issue?
  • can send screenshot seeing? note: please not include personal information.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
