i'm having similar issue. i've had year or , got new macbook pro hoping disappear when got new machine persists there too. i'm finding happening in excel , it's making me lot less productive. microsoft software date. i'm assuming clashes else have installed. ideas?

since microsoft software date , issue happens excel also, please try uninstalling , reinstalling office suite see if there improvement. in case of losing email data, suggest follow link data before uninstalling.

if issue persists, please share following information us:

  1. the detailed version of outlook mac client. check it, please outlook > about outlook.
  2. how many users encountered issue?
  3. how many accounts did set in outlook mac client? issue occur of them?
  4. could please more specific issue encountered? since there many issues described in original post, don’t know if have encountered described issues.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
