How can I control when my Outlook auto-archive runs? - Microsoft Community


outlook auto-archive ran every 2 weeks on saturday morning. after computer crash , re-installation, found run on wednesday morning , interrupt me while i'm working. there setting move more convenient time?

the ability choose actual day , time autoarchive runs not available in outlook 2010. suggest use link below request feature added in future updates:

outlook feedback.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
