Maintaining entire outlook view setting. Replace recipentant name with - Microsoft Community

ive been trying fix months. want maintain current view have far left column being folders. center being contents of folder. , left column being message preview. example picture inbox fyi. want change doesn't show myself should show had sent me email. remember want else stay same replace recpientant  name senders name. please advise.  apologies terrible execution of question.

to address concern, suggest follow these steps on how check advanced view settings in outlook:

1. open outlook.
2. go view tab.
3. select view settings.
4. click columns.
5. under show these columns in order, check if can see from column.
