Need a little bit of direction - Microsoft Community


odd may sound, have never used outlook. highly publicized vulnerabilities in late 90s/early 00s, stuck hotmail account , subsequent incarnations. used live mail few years migrated gmail around 2008, forwarding email accounts app. 

now gmail (and support thereof) seems regressing, feel it's again time change.

i subscribed office 365 home/personal late last year but, obvious reasons, have avoided painfully arduous task of relocating/redirecting more half dozen email accounts multiple clients yet one. 

i less happy learn outlook apparently in own transition (yet again). now, it's  exchange? seems reason why i'm having such difficult time getting account synced across windows , android versions of app. 

i have accounts set in outlook web app nothing shows on desktop or android apps. in each app, i'm prompted add accounts again. seems redundant. 

so, can please point me (any) resources make clear issues look, me @ least, mud?

vulnerabilities? i've used ms outlook/office since office 97 without issues.

if access hotmail via web browser menu bar show "outlook.com" or "outlook mail"?

what other mail accounts have?

presumably using win10 or win7?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
