i have problem outlook imap account: if mail can sent , received account, happens if open 1 of folders (inbox, sent etc).
if click "send/recieve", no new mail appears in account's inbox (but in others).
i've tried many possible solutions such as:
-rebuilding profile solution lasted week before getting not showing on inbox, again
-scan/correct problems on *.pst (nothing changed)
-disabled accelerated graphics (nothing changed)
-use /cleanips switch (nothing changed).
worse, same account linked , viewed user doesn' seem have same issue: can see new emails without selecting folder of account.

there several workarounds can perform issue fixed. suggest repair office application first, repair outlook data files (.pst , .ost). these links contain troubleshooting steps can follow resolve problem outlook 2016.
