Outlook 365 and Salesforce integration - Microsoft Community


hi,

we have user of salesforce cloud base software, , integrate outlook365 home edition.

we have installed outlook plugin in salesforce, doesn't syns outlook , error found 

imap , pop3 email servers not supported.

 

only  microsoft exchange server supported.

as per tutorial available on web need enable feature on office365 admin panel, can't exchange services features on admin panel.

please advice solution.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
