Outlook on my Mac is not marking messages are replied even though I - Microsoft Community


i reply emails on iphone 6s while i'm on go, when check outlook 2016 desktop app on mac (running el capitan, 10.11.6), email not show replied it.

how fix this? tried going "window > sync status" see below empty box.

what kind of account using? pop, imap or exchange?

for pop accounts, wouldn't surprising since nature emails set downloaded locally , nothing syncs back.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
