Unread counter in 365 group always reappear. - Microsoft Community


hi i'm on office 365 proplus (16.0.6965,2117) outlook client

i create group, post comment. 

the blue unread counter disappear when read message, , times after it's reappear without activity.

i see post on problem seem fixed itself. 

do have idea behavior ?

know, day after, number stop appear. possibly sync problem.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
