Account verifying problem wont let me use my account - Microsoft Community


hey

a couple days ago tried sign in usual message appeared telling me needed verify identity because of unusual activity in other devices (i used account different device).

i entered alternative email account receive code , followed steps mentioned. 

even code, every time try log in, page ask me follow same process on , on again. 

i need access account possible. 

anyone knows can do?

i f try use support services microsoft, asks me log in , cant because of same problem. 

any info appreciated.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
