just update :

if use outlook app on samsung galaxy s4 os 5.x.x not able see pin change policy on device i.e. test device able send emails if pin has been set expire.

any suggestion on appreciated

hi manoj,

let know type of outlook app using: (owa android, outlook android or the built in android email app). 

also please provide following information understand scenario:

1. outlook app version details.

2. android os version details.

3. screenshot details regarding “i not able see pin change policy on device”.

4. detailed activesync device mailbox policy set on android, can involve admin if not know details.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
