can't create outlook mail client - Microsoft Community


trying add mail account outlook 365. start screen

i click on new , screen , fill in necessary info.

i click on next button , next screen come 1 min looking account info.

after 1 min dialog box , fill in necessary info.

i click on ok button , few min later error message.

i click on ok button , go screen.

so click on next button , screen comes up

i fill in required info , click next button , go screen 3 , continues through same process not finding necessary files create mail account outlook comes same error message.

can please help? file configure mail client looking for. tried office outlook repair tool didn't seem fix anything.

thanks clear presentation of issue. resolution, please click here , find answer posted anula d' souza. check if entire user folder set "read only". if was, have undo it.

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
