Office 365 how to change the login e-mail account to a new - Microsoft Community


made endless errors in setting up  office 365 , appreciate in setting new *** email address removed privacy *** account without loosing my contacts , e-mail messages.  incidentally, can no longer use search on contacts , messages in 364 outlook. thanks.

it best if in touch accounts , billing team regarding concern. they'll able assist changing account associated office 365 address other issues might have subscription.

as search feature in outlook, may check thread better understanding issue you're experiencing.

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
