Outlook 2007 email print problem - Microsoft Community


i have client has following problem, running windows 10 , has epson xp-325 printer, when printing email can in memo style , corrupts layout, in portrait mode result heading section correctly spaced on page, body text tabbed right of page far text not fit on a4 page , not text wrap!

if change landscape mode can print of text subject line of title section on typed message body text.

i have strong feeling happened after update because overall of of  office 2007 suite more office 2013 when loaded.

i have tried uninstalling outlook , reinstalling - no change, have tried uninstalling whole of office 2007 enterprise suite  and reinstalling - no change.

i have tried find memo style template replace cannot. use same software on thinkpad running windows 10 have prevented windows updating copy of office , prints correctly.

please can suggest solution, thank in anticipation.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
