outlook 2010 - Microsoft Community


i use outlook receive emails local internet provided. upgraded office 365 , can no longer send or receive emails. when go on file, there's upgrade when press on nothing happening. nephew suggested when did upgrade, should have prompted upgrade outlook 2016 reason did not happen.

older version of office no longer work, once newest version (which office 2016) installed. should use new outlook 2016 instead of using outlook 2010.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
