i not able open editor menu in signature area ?

how change signature area  standard area editor menu ?

email body...only signature menu...

editor menu ...missing

email body...with editor menu ...ok

hello,

we can see here want change signature area standard area editor menu. before proceed, may know following:

  • does work before? if so, when last time able access editor menu when performing right-click? 
  • are there recent changes on device?
  • we see file option highlighted, happened if click on message?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
