Outlook 2016 for Mac - Sorting - Microsoft Community


hi folks!

we updated office 2016 mac 15.33 , 15.34 , noticed strange anomaly when sorting mail under column. it's if it's sorting mail items email address , not name. not in alphabetical order.

anyone else seeing this? anyway fix?

when search emails under “from” filter, check display name (no matter first name or last name) , email address both @ same time.

the order decided sent/receive date default or can choose filter such subject (will list result in alphabetical order).

if doesn't work on mac, please show me screenshots along steps.

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
