Outlook 2016 Marking deleted email as read - Microsoft Community


i have reading pane set 0 seconds emails show read when delete them move trash folder , marked unread.

i don't have rules set , email disappear trash folder , return after deleting email.

any solution this?

Disable one-click archive - Microsoft Community

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
