Outlook for Mac Rules Losing "Move to" folders - Microsoft Community


recently noticed outlook rules not working.  (i've set approx. 15 rules move email specific folders based on who/where it's coming from.) when checked, rules still listed (under edit rules) upon detailed inspection noticed "move to" folder shows "none" in each rule.  i'm able correct rule editing , entering correct folder name (the folders exist , show when start typing name).  however, i've done twice , rules revert "losing" folder , showing none.  

any ideas?

macbook air; sierra v10.12.3

outlook mac v15.31

office 365 subscription

to issue, please provide following information?

  1. what kind of rules did created? server rules or client rules? is the  "move to" folders account folder or mac folder?
  2. how configure account? via exchange, imap, or pop?
  3. does issue occur rules?
  4. did changes on outlook before issue appeared? or did issues happen on outlook before, such outlook crashed?

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
