Archive Folder showed up - Microsoft Community


suddenly, archive folder appeared our users in outlook !!

we didn't setup nor configuration !!

we tried delete folder shows again !!

anybody can his?

it's newly updated feature no need setup or configuration. can't delete archive folder in outlook client, automatically reappear.

although, it's recommend using new archive feature keep inbox clean of messages you’ve answered or acted on. can delete messages or move them specific folders if that’s more style.

for users large mailboxes in office 365 enterprise organization, it's recommend administrators set archive policy moves items online archive after 1 year, or less if users reaching mailbox quota faster.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
