New error message BlockUpgrade not located - Microsoft Community


not new computer.  using outlook 2013.  new message when trying open outlook, "the procedure entry point blockupgrade not located in dynamic link library..."   use outlook every day.  this new message , can't outlook.  thanks!  (windows 10 home 64 operating system)

  • does the same issue happen when access account different computer?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
